Common questions

Do you accept candidates outside Europe?+

Yes, but we have a strong preference for Europe-based candidates because we work mostly during EU business hours and need timezone overlap with US and UK clients. If you are based outside Europe but can work EU hours reliably, we are open to talking.

Are these contractor or employee positions?+

Both are possible. We work with people as full-time employees where local employment law allows, and as contractors otherwise. We will figure out the right setup based on where you are based.

I do not have all the required skills. Should I still apply?+

Yes, if you have most of them and you are genuinely interested in the role. We care more about how you think than which tools you have used. Tell us what is missing and why you think you can pick it up.

What is the take-home task like?+

It is a small, focused task that takes 2 to 4 hours. We pay you for your time at a fair rate. It mirrors the actual work you would do here. No fake puzzles or whiteboard interviews.

Do you sponsor visas or relocation?+

Not currently. We are a small team and visa sponsorship is too complex for us right now. We can work with you remotely from wherever you are based.

When do positions actually start?+

We are hiring on a rolling basis. Once we find the right person, we move fast. You could be working with us within 4 to 6 weeks of your first application.
