Why do you not publish exact prices?+
Pricing depends on scope, team size, and complexity. A flaky test cleanup for a 5-person team is very different from a full Playwright migration at a 50-engineer SaaS. We give you a written, fixed quote within 24 hours of our first call. No surprises.
Do you have a minimum engagement size?+
Yes. We typically take engagements starting at 2 weeks or 40 hours minimum. Anything shorter is hard to do well and ends up being lower quality for everyone.
Can I start small and scale up?+
Absolutely. Many of our retainer clients started with a small project (suite audit, flaky test cleanup) and expanded once they saw the work. We prefer this. It is lower risk for you and better for us long-term.
What if the project goes over scope?+
On project-based engagements, we eat the overrun if it is our fault (estimation error, missed requirements we should have caught). If scope changes from your side, we discuss it openly and adjust the quote together. No surprise invoices.
Do you require a deposit?+
For project-based engagements, typically a 30-50 percent deposit upfront and the rest on milestones. For retainers and hourly work, we invoice monthly in arrears.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer (SEPA, SWIFT) or Stripe invoicing. We work with US, UK, and EU clients regularly and handle the paperwork.
